In our society, to inhabit a feminized-from-birth body means that you are doomed to live with pain. "Sorry, that's just how it is," "this pain is normal," and "that's just how your bodies are" are some examples of the cop-outs our bodies have been given when we seek help for things that aren't and shouldn't be normalized. I'm here to help dismantle that.
Ever since puberty, I have sought to learn as much as I can about the body I inhabit. None of my teachers, doctors, or our society at large knew anything, and more importantly, they didn't WANT to know anything. It was always easier to hide and cover them up than to learn, explore, and care for them. I thought then, as I still do now, "what a farce!" and have gone down my own path of exploration and discovery about what it means to live in and with a body that has supposedly difficult parts. I have found that it is not only easy, but incredibly rewarding to tune in and care for those parts of me that the world would rather I get rid of (until it's time for others to use them of course).
Because of this, I have found much joy in being an educator and general resource for AFAB persons, their bodies, and each person's unique health and body journey. Whether you're experiencing urinary issues, sexual or reproductive hiccups, or you are just generally curious about something to do with your body, please feel free to reach out and let's get talking. Even if you do not wish to receive any bodywork in the areas listed above, I would still encourage you to make an appointment and discuss what's on your mind. At this current time, I do not offer internal pelvic floor massage to AMAB ("assigned male at birth") persons, except under very rare circumstances, and per my own discretion.

Bodywork sessions include tools and techniques from any and all the different massage and bodywork modalities I have studied, and other tips and tricks I have learned from my massage and bodywork friends and mentors.
I have found that separating massage sessions by type (for example, swedish, deep tissue, etc) can muddy up the flow of the session and limit the potential positive outcomes for my clients. This also means I do not charge additionally for the use of tools, such as gua sha, hot stones, silicone myofascial cups, like many other practioners or spas will.
If you request the use of CBD or other specialized massage mediums, there may be an additional cost.
