Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment start time, outside of an emergency or COVID exposure, you will be charged a cancelation fee, being the full cost of your session, and that will need to be paid before you can book again.
• If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please notify the clinic as soon as possible.
• If you are going to be late, please notify the clinic by call, text, or email as soon as is safe to do so.

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
